The Africa Focus for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development Initiative (A-FEEDi) as part of its vision of empowering the youths on sustainable peace and prosperity in Africa, held its maiden edition of the Entrepreneurship High School Debate on the 19th of July, 2019.

The contestants from the participating schools; Immanuel Grammar School and Abadina College High School slugged it out as they marshalled their points in the intriguing display of words and composure on the topic: “Entrepreneurs are the Engine Room of an Economy, is the Government Helping or Hindering them?”. The judges further enlighten the contestants and other members of the audience by emphasising the need for government to encourage entrepreneurship by reducing regulations, supporting economic freedom, ensuring an enabling environment, and improving on the ease of doing business index.
